Ingredients

½ cup gram chickpea flour
2 tbsp wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
water as needed
Bun
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp fennel seeds
½ tsp cumin
2 tbsp curry powder
½ portion of Harvest Gourmet stir fry mince
herbs (optional)

Preparation

In a bowl, add in gram chickpea flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Mix everything together with some water (plant based egg mixture).

On a pan, fry the onion, garlic, fennel seeds, cumin and curry powder.

Add in Harvest Gourmet stir fry mince and stir until cooked.

Transfer everything to the plant based egg mixture and mix well.

On a separate pan, toast some breads lightly.

Pour the (plant based egg mixture) onto a flat pan and once the mixture is half cooked, put the toasted bread on top.

Cook for a few minutes.

Add in raw vegetables (optional) and sauces of your choice. Egg Free Roti john is ready to be served.
