75 Grams Butter
10 Grams Shallot Oil
1 Unit Yellow Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Tablespoons Wheat Flour, Whole-Grain
3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
600 Mililliters Water
1 Unit Apples, Raw, Without Skin
2 Units MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube
1 Unit Carrot
1 Unit Potato
1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Light soya sauce
1 Tablespoon Sauce, worcestershire
4 Pieces Harvest Gourmet Schnitzel

Heat a saucepan, melt the butter with the oil. Saute the scallions, garlic until fragrant and browned.

Add curry spices and wheat flour, mix well.

Slowly add in water while mixing well. Add apple, MAGGI Chicken Cube, carrot, potatoes, MAGGI Tomato Sauce, liquid soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce.

Let it simmer until the potatoes and carrots are tender.

Put Harvest Gourmet Schnitzel in air fryer, cooked for 12 minutes at 180c.

Can be served with rice and Harvest Gourmet Schnitzel.
