250 g Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled pieces
20 g Tomato Paste
15 g Lemon Juice
5 g Red Chilli Powder
Oil for Pan-frying
80 ml Extra Oil
8g Cumin Seeds
20 g Ginger Paste
20 g Garlic Paste
12 g Extra Red Chilli Powder
10 g Garam Masala Powder
15 g Coriander Powder
0.8 g Kasoori Methi Leaves
Salt to taste
35 g Green Chillies, deseeded, sliced
150 g Tomato puree, canned
250 g Green Capsicum, deseeded cubed
150 ml Water
20 g Extra Lemon juice
Fresh coriander, chopped
Ginger, julienned

Preparation

Marinate the Harvest Gourmet Char-grill pieces with tomato paste, lemon juice and chilli powder in a bowl.

Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in wok till hot. Add the marinated Harvest Gourmet Char-grill pieces into the wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Transfer and set aside.

Heat extra oil in a wok till hot. Add cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add in extra red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, kasoori methi leaves pre-fried Harvest Gourmet Char-grilled pieces and salt to taste.

Cook on high heat for 3 minutes, constantly stirring so it doesn’t burn. Add water for the consistency of the gravy. If gravy is too thick, add extra water if necessary.

Add green chilli, tomato puree, green capsicum and lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes . Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.

Garnish with sliced coriander leaves and julienne of gingers and serve hot.

Serve with Indian bread of your choice or steamed rice.
