3 Sprigs Bird's Eye Chilli
300 Grams Harvest Gourmet Stir Fry Mince
1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
2 Teaspoons Light soya sauce
1 Teaspoon Thick soya sauce
3 Tablespoons Water
2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
100 Grams Basil Leaf

Preparation

Heat a skillet, fry the garlic and bird's eye chili until fragrant.

Add Harvest Gourment Stir Fry Mince, mix until half cooked.

Mix well Maggi Oyster Sauce, fish sauce, light soy sauce, thick soy sauce, water and sugar. Add the sauce mixture, stir until thickened.

Add the thai basil leaves and turn off the heat. Mix well.
