In a pan, fry garlic, onion, thai chilli and Harvest Gourmet stir fry mince.
8 cloves garlic
4-5 Thai Chilli
2 tsp soy sauce (dark)
2-3 tbsp fish sauce
2-3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup water (or as needed)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup tofu or I used 1 whole packet of stir fry mince
15-20 Basil Leaves
When the mince is half cooked, add in fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and some water. Stir well.
Lastly add in some Thai basil leaves and stir everything together.
Pad Ka Pao is ready to be served with rice and a vegan egg (optional).
