In a pan, fry onion, garlic and Harvest Gourmet ground mince until cooked.
Vegan Shepherd’s Pie
Add in tomato puree and stir well.
Then add in soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, frozen peas, vegan beef style stock. Mix everything together and let it sit aside.
Add in oat milk, vegan butter, nutritional yeast, salt and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
In a large baking dish, add in the cooked Harvest Gourmet mince at the bottom layer and mashed potatoes layer on top. Flatten the surface.
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
